The firm, in Whitefield, delivers improvements in performance, productivity and passion through process, service and technology improvements. They are looking for a Digital Marketing Consultant, Product Head – Talent Analytics, Consulting Analyst – Human Resources and an HR Solution Consultant.
1. Digital Marketing Consultant – Candidate must have 3-6 years of relevant experience, develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, oversee social media strategy, manage and maintain the organization’s website including handling tracking and analysis, edit and post audio and video content to online sites, arrange webinars and webcasts, develop content for social media/website/email marketing, identify new trends and technologies related to digital and mobile marketing, develop print material to supplement online products, attend product launches and networking events.
2. Product Head – Talent Analytics – Candidate must have 12 years of relevant experience, is expected to design the Talent Analytics product being developed and work with development partners to deliver the product. The person will be responsible for the feature definition as well as the continuous evolution of the product based on customer feedback. Has to manage the product life cycle, research and implement latest technology innovations in the Analytics industry, liaise between the teams to bring out the best UI/UX for the app, establish schedules between teams, prepare return-on-investment analyses, assess market competition, work with modern analytical tools, and more. Candidate must have strong ideation and conceptualization skills., experience in talent-analytics, product-development, product-management, product-head, project-management. Should ideally also be highly analytical, have experience in the mobile space, team management skills, and experience in HR Analytics.
3. Consulting Analyst – Human Resources – Candidates who are MBA graduates with up to 2 years of experience, have exposure in the areas of HR, Research and Analytics. Analysts will have the chance to work closely with and gain knowledge from senior consultants. They will be uniquely positioned to see first-hand the talent-related issues that organizations are facing and understand the solutions transforming the talent agenda in client organizations.
4. HR Solution Consultant – Candidate should have 8-20 years of relevant experience and be willing to work in Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai & Singapore. Must have experience working with organizations across industries and understanding of the diverse people related challenges facing organizations, experience in building and delivering business proposals, have led/been involved in technology-led HR transformation programmes, have exposure to HR systems like Fusion, Success Factors, Workday etc. Candidate should have moderate experience in HR technology design, optimization and implementation, have change management and project management experience, have an entrepreneurial spirit, manage commercial discussions, have strong presentation skills, and be open to travel globally. The candidate will need to consult with clients and build sustainable solutions that involve process, technology and analytics. They should collaborate with internal and client teams, coach client representatives, ensure quality of delivery, work closely with technology partners, and more.
